DailyIQ ("the Service") provides users with daily puzzles, performance tracking, social media interaction, and contests. Access to the Service is currently provided free of charge.
To track performance or upload content, you must create an account. You represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the legal age of consent in your jurisdiction) and that all information provided is accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Our Service allows you to upload text and images in a social media section. While you retain ownership of your content, you grant DailyIQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the Service. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
By participating in contests or using the leaderboard features, you agree that your username and performance metrics may be visible to other users. DailyIQ reserves the right to disqualify any user suspected of unfair play.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is illegal. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide to us may be used by DailyIQ without any obligation to compensate you.
All original content, features, and branding (excluding user-generated content) are the exclusive property of the DailyIQ founders and are protected by intellectual property laws.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE FOUNDERS OF DAILYIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties, express or implied.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
